All pertinent information is collected and assembled into a single package.

Investor Search

We identify the most strategic committed capital firm in that space.

04

We work with the three identified finalists to formulate an LOI.

05

Due Diligence

The project team arranges a data room and provides due diligence lists to the seller.

06

Our lawyers work with the buyer to determine the correct deal structure.
